Dr. Ali Hammoud is a seasoned CEO, Business Consultant, Executive Trainer, Speaker, and Author with over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience across Kuwait and the GCC. He currently serves as CEO of Kai Pillars Group, a Kuwait-based consulting, training, and development firm, and is proud to be a Verified Training Partner (VTP) of IFGICT, delivering internationally recognized certifications and training programs across the region.

Throughout his career, Dr. Hammoud has led teams of up to 2,000 people and managed annual revenues exceeding USD 200 million, driving strategic growth, operational transformation, and performance improvement for multi-million-dollar organizations across Kuwait, the GCC, Jordan, and Egypt. He previously held senior leadership roles including CEO and COO of Midas Group, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and was honored with the Super Performer & Loyalty Award for two decades of exceptional service.

Dr. Hammoud holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from SBS Swiss Business School, along with executive education credentials from Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, HEC Paris, and UCLA Anderson School of Management.
