Lumbie Mlambo is an award-winning social impact executive, cybersecurity-trained professional, and technology-driven leader with a multidisciplinary background spanning nonprofit leadership, risk management, and digital innovation. She is the Founder & CEO of JB Dondolo, where she has led the implementation of sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) initiatives impacting over 120,000 people across underserved communities in Africa.
Complementing her leadership in global development, Lumbie has completed cybersecurity training with the International Federation of Global & Green ICT (IFGICT), strengthening her expertise in information security, risk analysis, and the responsible use of technology. She has applied these competencies in operational and strategic contexts, including business continuity planning and critical systems risk management.
