Jihad Satri is the Head of the Digital Transformation Department at the Regional Council of Béni Mellal Khénifra in Morocco. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, he has held several key positions that have shaped his expertise in digital governance and innovation.

Jihad Satri holds a Master’s degree in Databases and Systems Integration from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in France.
