Dr. Kayyali, Certified Innovation Management from Harvard Business School HBS, holds PhD from (WCU), he was a researcher visitor at the University of California- UCSB @ the image processing labs under US Defense funding R&D projects, he is IEEE Industrial Officer, and BCS (British Computer Society) Chartered Fellow and ELITE.
He was awarded Chartered Scientist by the Queen Elizabeth in 2013 , his biography listed in Who’s Who in Science and Engineering , he has a patent theory in image processing and many published journals &conference papers, he has 5 indexed books in computer science, IoT & healthcare by the Library of Congress in USA.
He is Int. key note speaker by U.N., IEEE & EU , he was adviser to many organizations in USA, GCC, LATAM, Arab League and invited adviser at ministries of investment and defense in many regions.
